The AI Writer works on text you already have. You choose an action, describe what you need, and pick a tone and language. ## The four actions - **Generate** — start from a brief and produce a draft. - **Improve** — keep the meaning and make the writing stronger. - **Rewrite** — change the framing or audience while keeping the substance. - **Proofread** — correct grammar, spelling and punctuation with minimal rewriting. There are also shorter forms for a summary, outline, headline and introduction when you only need one part of a piece. ## The brief A useful brief answers four things: who is reading it, what you want them to do, the facts they need, and the length you want. Put the source text in the input box and your instructions in the brief. Choose a tone from the list or write your own, and pick the language. British and American English are separate choices, so pick deliberately if the audience matters. ## Using your business context Your Business Profile and Brand Voice are available to the tools, so the draft can follow your company name, audience and preferred wording without repeating it in every brief. Fill them in once under **Business Profile**. ## Saving and reusing Each result can be saved as a draft. Saved drafts appear in your Library, where you can search them, compare versions and copy the text into whatever you are working in. ## Honest limits The Writer works from the text and brief you give it. It does not browse the web, so anything that depends on current prices, stock or regulations needs checking before you publish.
