NexGen eHub Limited
Accessibility Statement · Last updated 29 October 2026
01Our commitment
NexGen eHub Limited wants the website and client portal to be usable by people with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a separate project. We would rather tell you about a known barrier and fix it than claim a level of compliance we cannot evidence.
02The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the public website and client portal. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is the standard referenced by UK accessibility guidance.
We do not claim verified WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. We have not completed an independent conformance audit, and this statement is not a certification. It describes our target, the checks we have carried out and the limitations we know about.
03Scope
This statement covers:
- the public marketing site, including Help Centre articles and legal pages;
- account registration, sign-in and password reset;
- the client portal, including billing, support tickets, data requests and the workspace tools; and
- the forms used to contact us and apply to the partner programme.
The staff administration console is an internal tool and is outside the scope of this statement, although we apply the same design system to it. Third-party services we link to, including Stripe checkout, have their own accessibility arrangements.
04How we test
Our current practice includes:
- automated colour-contrast checks in our test suite for shared components;
- keyboard-only checks of navigation, forms, dialogs and the main portal flows;
- layout checks at mobile, tablet and desktop widths, including 200% zoom;
- semantic heading, landmark and form-label review when a page is built or changed; and
- reduced-motion handling for animated sections.
We have not yet completed full screen-reader testing across every page and tool, and we have not commissioned an external audit. Those are priorities for the next review cycle, starting with sign-in, the portal dashboard and the AI tools.
05Pages and flows checked
As part of the current review (29 October 2026), we checked the following pages with automated contrast checks, keyboard navigation and responsive layout checks:
- the home page, Platform, Products, Solutions, Industries, Pricing, Resources, Security, About, Contact, Partners and Help Centre;
- the legal pages, including this statement;
- sign-in and account creation; and
- the main client portal sections: dashboard, plan and billing, support, data requests and workspace navigation.
A check confirms that the specific issues tested were not present at that time. It is not a statement that every page conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.
06Known limitations
We are aware of the following limitations:
- Wide data tables. Some portal and reporting tables need horizontal scrolling on small screens. The content remains reachable, but it is harder to use with a narrow viewport or high zoom.
- Charts and visual dashboards. Some figures are easier to read in a chart than in text. We are reviewing text alternatives for every chart, and some visualisations are still easier to use on a larger screen.
- Exported PDFs. PDFs produced from the site or portal may not be tagged for screen readers. Where an accessible format is needed, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
- Uploaded documents. A scanned PDF or image may have no readable text layer; OCR can help, but accuracy varies. We cannot make a customer’s own document accessible on their behalf.
- Third-party checkout. Payment and billing portals are provided by Stripe. We cannot change Stripe’s interface, although we can help you complete a payment another way.
- Tutorials and video. No public tutorial videos are published yet. When they are added, captions and transcripts will be part of the release.
This list is not exhaustive. If you find a barrier that is not listed, please tell us so we can add it and fix it.
07Accessible alternatives
If a page, form or document is difficult to use, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way — for example by email, by telephone where agreed, or by providing information in a different format. We can also make reasonable adjustments for a particular need. You do not have to explain a disability to ask for help, but telling us what would work better helps us respond.
08Reporting a barrier
Email info@nexgenehub.com with the subject “Accessibility”, or use our contact form. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology you used, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful but not required.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and to tell you what we can do. Some fixes take longer; we will give you a realistic view rather than a date we cannot keep.
09Your rights and external advice
As a business providing services in the UK, we have duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. This statement does not replace those duties. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can ask us to escalate it internally. You can also seek independent advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) or Citizens Advice.
10Review schedule
We review this statement at least every 12 months, and sooner when we make a significant change to the site or portal. The next scheduled review is October 2027. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. When we fix a known limitation, we will update the list rather than leave an old issue in place.
