OUR STORY

Business Shouldn't Be Complicated by Disconnected Tools and Repetitive Work

Most businesses do not struggle because they lack software. They struggle because the work is spread across applications that were never designed to talk to each other, manual administration that repeats every week, documents saved in several places and a growing list of external providers each handling one job.

01

Disconnected applications

Work moves between tools that were never designed to share context.

02

Manual administration

Routine tasks compete with the work only your team can do.

03

Scattered documents

The information you need exists somewhere, but not always where you can find it.

04

Multiple service providers

Every supplier adds another relationship to manage and another way of doing things.

NexGen eHub is building a more coherent alternative: one company where a business can find useful AI tools, organise everyday operations and arrange practical human support when software alone is not enough. The catalogue, the plan and the platform itself are designed to make that choice explicit rather than implied.

The platform is developing rather than finished. Products are labelled Working, Limited or Planned, and managed services and transformation work are agreed by enquiry rather than bundled into a subscription. When something is not ready, this site is meant to say so.

What we are trying to change

  • Make useful digital capabilities easier to discover.
  • Apply AI to suitable business tasks, with limits and approvals.
  • Help organise information and everyday operations.
  • Support repetitive processes where appropriate.
  • Offer people-led operational assistance when software alone is not enough.
  • Develop capabilities in response to real business requirements.

We do not claim to have unified every business system or automated every task described on this page. The catalogue, the transparency section below and the platform itself all separate what is available today from what is planned.

OUR MISSION

To make useful AI and digital business capabilities more accessible, practical and manageable for businesses of different sizes.

Our mission is to help customers improve everyday operations through suitable software, intelligent assistance and flexible operational support — with clear scope, honest availability and no exaggerated promises.

Accessible
A free plan, self-service checkout and plans that scale with use.
Practical
Tools built around everyday work such as writing, selling, records and reporting.
Manageable
Credits, approvals and status labels that keep adoption under control.
OUR VISION

To build a trusted, internationally accessible business operations platform that brings together intelligent software, connected workflows and practical support.

The long-term direction is a more coherent working environment: one place where a business can discover tools that fit, organise its information, improve a process and find appropriate help when it needs more than software.

Direction, not delivery

This is the direction we are working towards, not a description of a finished product. The capabilities available today are listed in the catalogue with a status beside each one.

THREE PILLARS

One company, three connected areas of work.

Software, managed services and transformation advice complement one another, but they are not the same thing. Each card states how it is bought and what it does not include.

Pillar 01

AI-Powered SaaS

Available today

A developing software platform that brings AI tools and business operations capabilities into one workspace.

  • AI writing, selling and administrative assistants
  • Operations, records, reporting and knowledge tools
  • Client portal, support and a published Help Centre
  • Access governed by plan credits and feature entitlements

Which tools your account includes depends on your plan, and planned products are not sold as working software.

Explore the Platform

Pillar 02

Managed Services

By enquiry

Separately scoped, people-led operational support for the work you would rather hand to a team.

  • Workflow and process support
  • Document processing and data management
  • Virtual, administrative and e-commerce operations
  • Lead research and CRM administration

Managed services are scoped and priced separately. They are not included in a SaaS subscription.

Pillar 03

AI & Digital Transformation

By discussion

Practical help identifying where AI, automation and better workflow design can improve how a business operates.

  • AI adoption and digital transformation planning
  • Process mapping and workflow design
  • Information management and operational efficiency
  • Guardrails for responsible AI use

These engagements do not include bespoke software development or legal advice unless separately agreed in writing.

Discuss Your Requirements

The three areas are separate offers from one company: 28 products are available in the catalogue today, 6 managed-service areas are quoted by enquiry, and transformation work begins with a conversation about scope.

THE OPERATING MODEL

Understand the need. Choose the tools. Improve the workflow. Add people where they help.

Some customers need only self-service software. Others want a team to handle part of the operation, or a broader conversation about how the business works. The model below describes how those routes relate.

  1. 01

    Understand

Clarify the goal, the current process and what is getting in the way.

  2. 02

    Choose

Select the available software or service that fits — and say plainly what is not ready.

  3. 03

    Improve

Configure the workflow and keep a person in the loop where a decision matters.

  4. 04

    Support

Add people-led help when the work needs judgement, volume or continuity.

  5. 05

    Review

Check the result, keep what works and agree the next step.

Self-service software

A subscription to the tools your team will use, with credits and approvals under your control.

Managed support

A separately scoped service handled by our team and reported through the client portal.

Explore managed services

A broader project

A conversation about process, AI adoption and a realistic sequence of improvements.

Discuss your requirements

Where AI fits. AI can assist with suitable tasks, but its output and actions stay subject to the permissions, approvals and limits implemented in the platform. We do not present the whole workflow as autonomous today.

WHO WE SERVE

Document-heavy work, client files and repeatable advice.

4 sectors

Commerce & Consumer Services

INTERNATIONAL

Registered in the United Kingdom. Built for customers beyond one market.

NexGen eHub Limited is registered in England and Wales, and our market focus is international. Where work happens matters, so we describe it plainly rather than implying a footprint we do not have.

We do not claim that all data stays in the UK, that every market has identical regulatory arrangements, or that services are delivered locally in every country. The registered office and company details are published on the company-information page.

Back-office support

Ahmedabad and Thiruvananthapuram, India

Support staff there help with operational work and access only the information needed to respond. They are bound by the same confidentiality obligations as our UK team.

Hosting, database and AI providers

Outside the UK

Our platform suppliers may process data outside the United Kingdom, and the AI provider processes the content submitted for a request outside the UK.

Customers

International

We aim to serve customers internationally from a UK-registered company. We do not claim a local office or a legal entity in every market.

OUR PRINCIPLES

Six commitments we can be held to.

Six commitments that shape how the platform is built, what we publish and how we describe the work we can do.

01

Trust Through Transparency

Clear product availability, honest communication and policies you can read before you buy.

02

Practical Innovation

Technology that answers a real business need rather than AI for its own sake.

03

Responsible AI

Human review where a decision matters, accurate capability descriptions, privacy and responsible use.

04

Security and Privacy

Appropriate access controls, responsible data handling and continuous improvement.

05

Customer-Centred Development

Requirements that come from real customers shape what the platform builds next.

06

Continuous Improvement

The platform and our operating practices evolve as we learn, evaluate technology and respond to business needs.

Read the controls, limitations and certification status in the Security & Trust Centre.
HOW WE WORK

Five steps, whichever route you choose.

Software access follows the relevant subscription terms. Managed-service and transformation work is separately scoped, so the steps below describe how an engagement is agreed rather than a guaranteed delivery promise.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with your goals, requirements and current challenges.

  2. 02

    Identify

We identify suitable available software, services or potential improvements.

  3. 03

    Agree

We clarify scope, access, pricing, responsibilities and expected deliverables.

  4. 04

    Deliver

You get access to the appropriate existing tools, or we carry out the agreed service.

  5. 05

    Improve

We review results and identify appropriate next steps together.

We do not promise guaranteed outcomes, fixed delivery times or a free sample unless the relevant offer is confirmed in writing.

TRUST AND RESPONSIBILITY

Security described by what is in place, not by a badge.

The Security & Trust Centre records the controls we run, the limits we have not solved and the certifications we do not hold. This page repeats the commitments rather than the technical detail.

We hold no ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or SOC 2 certification, and we do not describe the platform as certified. No external penetration test has been published. Those gaps are stated in the Trust Centre rather than left for a reviewer to discover.

Read Our Security & Trust Information
  1. Protect information through appropriate technical and organisational controls.
  2. Explain relevant third-party AI processing and what is sent to a provider.
  3. Publish accessible privacy and data-processing documentation.
  4. Be transparent about certification status and security limitations.
  5. Improve controls as the platform develops.
  6. Provide clear routes for enquiries and security reports.

Frequently asked questions

Questions worth asking before you start.

The answers below match the catalogue, the plan access list and the published legal documents. Where something is not available yet, it says so.

What is NexGen eHub?

NexGen eHub Limited is a technology company registered in England and Wales. It builds AI-powered business software and provides separately scoped managed services and transformation support from the same company.

What does the company offer?

Three connected areas: an AI-powered SaaS platform with AI tools and business operations capabilities, people-led managed services agreed by enquiry, and practical help with AI and digital transformation. The platform, managed services and transformation work are separate offers with separate scope.

What is the difference between SaaS software and Managed Services?

SaaS software is a subscription to tools your team uses, governed by your plan credits and entitlements. Managed services are people-led work scoped and priced separately after an enquiry. A subscription does not include managed services, and a managed-service agreement does not add software you have not licensed.

Are all products and tools available today?

No. The catalogue lists 37 products: 22 fully working, 6 available with some capabilities still in development, and 9 planned. Planned products are on the roadmap and are not sold as working software.

How do subscription plans and AI credits work?

The Free plan costs nothing. Starter is £25 a month with 100 credits, Professional £49 with 300 credits, and Business £99 with 800 credits; Enterprise is agreed by enquiry. Annual billing is priced at ten monthly payments. AI actions spend credits, and the cost is shown before an action runs. A 7-day trial with 10 credits is available once per account, with no payment details.

Can I request a separately scoped service?

Yes. The contact form is the main route for a managed-service or project enquiry. Scope, hours, responsibilities, deliverables and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Availability depends on the requirement and the team's capacity.

Does NexGen eHub serve international customers?

We aim to serve customers internationally and describe the company as having an international market focus, not as a UK-only provider. The company is registered in England and Wales; contracts, billing and accountability sit there. We do not claim a local office or legal entity in every market. The International section above sets out where work and data processing happen.

How does the company approach AI and data protection?

A workspace AI action, OCR or transcription sends only the selected content to the configured provider, and the consent version is recorded with the usage event. Customer data is not used to train foundation models without explicit consent. Row-level security scopes records to an account, and administrative activity is recorded in an audit trail. The Security & Trust Centre lists the detail and the limitations.

How can I contact the team?

Use the contact form for sales, support, billing, managed services and project discussions. General enquiries can also go to info@nexgenehub.com. Customer accounts can raise a support ticket from the client portal.

Where can I find product, pricing and security information?

The Products page lists every catalogue item with its availability status, Pricing explains plans and credits, the Security & Trust Centre covers controls and limitations, and Resources links the published Help Centre articles and guides.
