NexGen eHub Limited
Acceptable Use Policy · Last updated 29 October 2026
01Scope
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the NexGen eHub website, client portal, AI tools, automations, support channels and managed services, and to anyone acting on an account holder’s behalf. It applies alongside any plan-specific agreement.
02Use the service lawfully
You must use the service in accordance with the law that applies to you. In particular, you must not use it to:
- commit or facilitate a criminal offence, fraud or money laundering;
- infringe intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone;
- produce or distribute unlawful, harmful or sexually explicit material, including material involving children;
- breach sanctions, export controls or other trade restrictions.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the outputs. If you are unsure whether a use is lawful, ask us before you start.
03Account security
- Keep your sign-in details confidential and use a strong, unique password.
- Do not share an account to avoid plan limits or credit charges.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or a compromised device.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role checks, rate limits or entitlement controls, including by altering a request, a client-side value or an API call.
05Scraping, extraction and automated access
You may export your own content using the tools we provide. You must not use automated means to harvest other customers’ content, our pricing or catalogue data at scale, or to reconstruct the service, except where you have our written permission or the law expressly allows it.
Do not circumvent rate limits, use multiple accounts to multiply allowances, or resell access to the service. This section does not prevent you from exercising a right the law gives you, including data portability or making a complaint.
06Excessive or abusive requests
AI and file-processing features are shared resources. Do not send automated bursts, bulk requests or deliberately expensive prompts that are not for a genuine business purpose, and do not attempt to use the service as a free general-purpose AI API. We may apply rate limits, require a higher plan or suspend access where use threatens stability or imposes unreasonable cost. We will explain the limit where we can.
07Malware and harmful code
Do not upload, link to or transmit viruses, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, secretly monitor or gain unauthorised access to a system. Do not use the service to build or distribute such code. Uploaded files may be scanned or rejected.
08Fraud, impersonation and deception
Do not impersonate a person, company or public authority, or misrepresent your affiliation. Do not use AI features to create deceptive content — including fake invoices, fake identity documents, fake reviews or synthetic media presented as real — or to conduct a scam. Do not use the service to evade a payment, chargeback or verification control.
09Spam and unlawful marketing
Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing that breaches the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 or equivalent law, or to send bulk messages to people who have not agreed to receive them. You must include a working unsubscribe route where the law requires one, and honour opt-outs promptly. Do not use scraped or purchased contact lists unlawfully.
10Intellectual property
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trade marks, database rights or other intellectual property. Do not remove rights notices or use the service to create a substantially similar copy of a protected work for commercial use. We may remove content or suspend access following a credible complaint, and will tell you where practical.
11AI misuse
AI features are assistive tools, not authorities. You must not use them to:
- provide medical, clinical, legal or financial advice as if it were professional advice;
- make a solely automated decision about a person that has a legal or similarly significant effect, without meaningful human review;
- make high-risk decisions about health, safety, employment, credit, housing or education without appropriate human oversight and a lawful basis;
- generate content that sexualises minors, promotes self-harm, or gives instructions for serious wrongdoing;
- attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks or extraction of another user’s data, system prompts or confidential information;
- present AI output as verified fact where accuracy matters, without checking it.
You remain responsible for the decisions you take using AI output. Our AI Usage Policy explains the technical and practical limits.
12Confidential information and personal data
Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to share, or personal data that is unnecessary for the task. Do not submit special category data (such as health, biometric or political data) or data about children. Where you process personal data about other people, you must have a lawful basis and provide the privacy information the law requires.
Our DPA applies where we process personal data on your behalf as a business customer.
13Uploads and files
- Upload only files you have the right to use and that are relevant to the task.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content or files designed to exploit a parser or viewer.
- Respect the size, format and plan limits shown in the interface.
- Do not attempt to use an upload feature to obtain data about another customer.
14Third-party integrations
Where you connect a third-party service, you must comply with that service’s terms and have authority to connect it. Do not use an integration to access data you are not entitled to, or to circumvent a provider’s restrictions. We are not responsible for a third party’s service, but we will help you investigate a problem with a connection we support.
15Marketplace and partner content
The marketplace is not yet open for third-party listings and we do not operate seller onboarding or payouts. If marketplace or partner content becomes available, additional terms will apply before any listing is published. Partner applications must be truthful, must not misrepresent a certification or partnership, and must not include another person’s confidential information.
16Reporting a violation
Report suspected misuse, security issues or infringing content to info@nexgenehub.com with enough detail for us to investigate. If you are reporting a security vulnerability, please do not include exploit code in a public channel and give us reasonable time to respond. We will treat reports in confidence where we can.
17Investigation and enforcement
We may review logs, request information or restrict access while investigating a credible report. We aim to act proportionately and consistently, taking account of the seriousness, the risk to others and whether the issue was accidental. Measures can include a warning, a rate limit, removal of content, suspension or termination.
Where practical, we will tell you what we have done and why, and give you a chance to respond or put things right. We may act immediately where there is a serious security risk, unlawful content, or risk of harm to a person.
18Suspension and termination
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service. We will normally give notice and an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is needed. If your account is terminated for breach, you may lose access to content in it; export anything you need as soon as possible.
19Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law, our service or known risks. The “last updated” date shows the current version. Questions can be sent to info@nexgenehub.com or through our contact form.
