A Marketplace That Shows Its Working

NexGen Marketplace is planned, not open. This page sets out the categories we intend to support, the facts every listing will have to disclose, and what you can use today instead.

  • No launch date promised
  • No listings for sale
  • No seller onboarding

Looking for seller tools that work now? Six are available today.

Marketplace status

29 Oct 2026
  • Public marketplace pagePublished
  • Listing disclosure standardDefined
  • Seller onboarding, review, payments and fulfilmentNot built
  • Open catalogueNot scheduled

A written summary of where the marketplace stands — not a live screen.

Availability labels

Five labels, used the same way everywhere.

A label is a statement, not decoration. If something is planned, it is not sold. If it is limited, the missing capability is stated. If it depends on configuration, the option is checked before a promise is made.

  • Available now

Live and fully implemented — labelled Working on product cards.

  • Limited

Live, but some capabilities are still being completed.

  • By enquiry

Scoped, priced and scheduled individually before any work starts.

  • Configuration-dependent

Available only when a workspace option or integration is switched on.

  • Planned

On the roadmap. Not sold, not usable, and no release date promised.

  • Seller identity is separate

Who supplies a listing is shown as its own field. A partner product does not get a softer label.

Planned categories

What the Marketplace Will Cover

Six categories. Every one is planned, and none contains a listing today. The job and the pre-listing check are here so you can judge whether the category would be useful before anything is sold.

  • Planned

    AI Agents

Configured assistants for repeatable jobs such as enquiry triage, lead qualification and document summaries.

    Customer job
Handle a high-volume task the same way every time.
    Before it could be listed
Which model and provider runs it, what data it receives, and where its output is stored.
  • Planned

    Workflow Templates

Pre-built checklists and automation definitions for onboarding, approvals, invoicing and escalations.

    Customer job
Start from a working process instead of a blank workflow.
    Before it could be listed
Which steps run automatically, which need a person, and which integrations it assumes.
  • Planned

    Document Packs

Editable proposal, contract and policy templates with written guidance on when each document fits.

    Customer job
Produce a consistent document without starting from scratch.
    Before it could be listed
Who authored it, what it is based on, and an explicit statement that it is not legal advice.
  • Planned

    Voice AI Scripts

Call-handling flows for bookings, reminders and out-of-hours cover, with the wording a caller hears.

    Customer job
Answer routine calls consistently outside office hours.
    Before it could be listed
Disclosure that the caller is speaking to AI, recording and consent handling, and escalation paths.
  • Planned

    Partner Apps

Extensions built by third parties that connect NexGen eHub to another system or add a specialist capability.

    Customer job
Connect a tool you already use.
    Before it could be listed
The legal seller identity, security review, data flows, support route and removal process.
  • Planned

    Compliance Kits

Checklists and record templates that help a business organise its own evidence for common obligations.

    Customer job
Keep records in one place and know what is missing.
    Before it could be listed
The source the kit is based on, its review date, and a clear statement that it is guidance, not legal advice.

Category names describe intent, not inventory. There are no listings, sellers, prices, reviews or ratings anywhere on this page, because none exist.

Listing standard

Twelve facts on every listing.

Most marketplace disappointments come from a fact discovered after purchase — a licence limit, a hidden requirement, an unanswered support route. These fields exist so that cannot happen silently.

This is the standard we will apply. It has not been applied to any listing, because the marketplace has none.

  1. 1

    Seller identity

The legal name, country and contact route of whoever supplies the listing — NexGen eHub or a named partner.

  2. 2

    Name and category

What the listing is called and which of the six categories it sits in.

  3. 3

    What it does

The job it performs, in plain language, with the limits stated in the same place.

  4. 4

    Screenshots or demo

Visuals of the actual item. Where a demo is illustrative, it is labelled as illustrative.

  5. 5

    Requirements and compatibility

Which plan, workspace module, integration or third-party account is needed for it to work.

  6. 6

    Availability label

One of the five labels in the legend above, applied honestly and updated when the position changes.

  7. 7

    Price model

One-off, subscription, per-use or by enquiry — with the currency and whether VAT is included.

  8. 8

    Licence and usage rights

What the buyer may do with it, whether they can modify it, and who owns the output.

  9. 9

    Support route

Who answers questions and fixes defects, and the channel to reach them.

  10. 10

    Refund position

The refund and cancellation rules that apply, including any statutory consumer rights.

  11. 11

    Known limitations

What the item does not do, stated by the seller rather than discovered by the buyer.

  12. 12

    Last reviewed

The date the listing and its claims were last checked by NexGen eHub.

Before any listing goes live we will also require a verified seller identity, a written licence, a data-flow review, a refund position consistent with UK consumer law, evidence for factual claims and a named owner who can withdraw it.

Available today

Six seller tools, working without the marketplace.

These tools prepare and check listings for marketplaces you already sell on — eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify and others. They are part of your workspace today and are separate from this planned marketplace.

  • Available now

    Listing Assistant

Create and optimise product listings for eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart and Shopify — plus Allegro, bol, Cdiscount and Zalando in Europe — with each channel's title limit and AI-prepared titles, bullets, descriptions, item specifics and keywords.

    Professional+Open in Workspace
  • Available now

    Listing Quality Checker

Score each listing against the rules you set for the channel — title length, description completeness, photos, item specifics, delivery, returns and identifiers — with a transparent score, explained issues and a fix list you can export.

  • Available now

    Product Description AI

Turn product facts into descriptions, bullets, SEO copy and FAQs — missing info is flagged, never invented.

  • Available now

    Profit & Pricing Analyst

Import or key in your own selling prices, purchase costs, fees and postage to see profit, margin, break-even and target prices per product. Fixed formulas — marketplace fees, VAT rates and costs are never invented.

Professional+ · via Data ToolsOpen in Workspace
  • Available now

    Stock Planner

Map your stock and sales CSV files to spot low and slow-moving lines, estimate days of cover where the history supports it and build exportable reorder lists. Every formula is shown, nothing is forecast beyond your own sales, and no order is ever placed with a supplier.

Professional+ · via Data ToolsOpen in Workspace
  • Available now

    Customer Reply Assistant

Draft replies to enquiries, complaints, returns and reviews in your chosen tone using only the order facts and policies you supply. Nothing is ever sent for you, the AI never decides a refund, replacement or refusal, and a pre-send check flags placeholders, invented figures and legal-rights wording.

Where this stands

Two steps done. Two not started.

Publishing an honest page and defining the standard are the easy parts. Onboarding, review, payments and fulfilment are the work that makes a marketplace real, and none of it exists yet.

Not built today

  • No seller account or seller dashboard.
  • No listing submission form or review queue.
  • No marketplace checkout or payment split.
  • No commission rate or seller agreement.
  • No fulfilment, delivery or returns process.
  • No ratings, reviews or sales figures.
  1. 1

    Public marketplace page

    Published

This page, with the availability legend, category intent and listing standard.

  2. 2

    Listing disclosure standard

    Defined

The twelve fields every listing will have to show. Defined here; not yet applied to any listing.

  3. 3

Seller onboarding, review, payments and fulfilment

    Not built

No seller account, listing submission, review queue, checkout or fulfilment exists, so nothing can be bought or published.

  4. 4

    Open catalogue

    Not scheduled

No launch date, commission rate or seller agreement is published, because none has been agreed.

Frequently asked questions

What the marketplace does and does not do.

If a marketplace question is not answered here, it is because the answer is not decided yet. We would rather say that than guess.

Ask a question
Can I buy anything from the marketplace today?

No. The marketplace is planned and has no listings, so there is nothing to browse or buy. Every product shown elsewhere on this site is labelled with what it actually does today.

Can I sell or publish a listing?

Not yet. Seller accounts, listing submission, review, checkout and fulfilment are not built, so no one can publish or sell here. Applications sent through the partner page are read as partnership conversations, not as marketplace listings.

Will you take a commission on marketplace sales?

No commission rate has been set. Because the marketplace is not open, there is no seller agreement and no fee, revenue share or payment term in force.

Is this a multi-vendor store?

It is intended as a curated catalogue in which NexGen eHub or a named partner supplies each listing. There is no multi-vendor storefront, seller dashboard or independent seller checkout today.

What can I use now if I sell on marketplaces?

The Listing Assistant, Listing Quality Checker, Product Description AI, Profit & Pricing Analyst, Stock Planner and Customer Reply Assistant are live on the plans shown on the Products page. They prepare and check listings for marketplaces you already sell on; they are separate from this marketplace.

Would a partner product receive my customer data?

Any future partner listing that touched customer data would be reviewed and its data flows disclosed before it was listed. No partner listing exists, so no third-party data flow is active through the marketplace today.

How will I know what is genuinely available?

The same five labels are used across the site: Available now, Limited, By enquiry, Configuration-dependent and Planned. A planned item is never sold, and a listing that claims more than it does can be corrected or withdrawn.

Partner enquiries are read as partnership conversations. See the partner programmes or send an enquiry and we will confirm what is possible.

Next step

Need something that works today?

Use the seller tools already in your workspace, or let our team handle the work under a written scope. Neither depends on the marketplace opening.

Marketplace categories are planned and labelled. Nothing on this page is sold as working software.
